When you order through cbdGPO you get the purchasing power of a large wholesale operation. cbdGPO’s business model is powered by the aligned purchasing power of hundreds of CBD companies enabling us to negotiate the best deals with suppliers. The purchasing power motivates suppliers to offer their best pricing and service levels to cbdGPO. Through key relationships within the industry, innovative strategies, and technology, cbdGPO is activating the power of Group Purchasing for the CBD industry. As more Members continue to join, cbdGPO can negotiate even deeper discounts and/or improved terms and conditions with Suppliers. By this point, cbdGPO can further mitigate risk and create a path toward continuous improvement by engaging with multiple people at multiple levels throughout supplier organizations.

Order Process
After our Members have gone through the RFP process and we select the Suppliers, the rest of the transaction works as follows:
1. Execute Contracts + Collect Deposit
The Supplier enters into a Contract with cbdGPO on behalf of its Member and the Member enters into a Contract with cbdGPO on behalf of the Supplier. The Contract(s) outlines the terms and conditions associated with the order. cbdGPO will collect the negotiated deposit from the Member and the Supplier will begin working on the Order.
2. Product Samples for Approval
The Supplier will provide samples of each final product to cbdGPO to present to its Member for approval. Members will inform cbdGPO of any modifications to ensure the correct product(s).
3. Collect Full Payment
Once final approvals have been made, products will be prepared for delivery and cbdGPO will accept full payment from the Member.
4. Delivery + Final Payment
When the full payment has been confirmed, the Supplier will ship the products to a designated address provided by cbdGPO. Once the Member has accepted delivery, and the order is satisfactory, cbdGPO will pay the outstanding balance owed to the Supplier.
Confidential Good Faith Negotiations & Non-Circumvent
All negotiations will be in good faith between the Member and cbdGPO only. The Member agrees not to circumvent cbdGPO and at no time will communicate directly with Suppliers. All proposals and quotes will go through cbdGPO.
Notes:
Deposits are typically based on a percentage of the total value of the Contract.
cbdGPO will accept all payments less than $150,000 directly. Escrow Agents will be used to accept payments that exceed $150,000.
5 Star customer service
Companies have historically used GPOs to gain quick access to cost savings and cbdGPO will do the same. Although still true, this traditional view of GPOs doesn't fully recognize the sustainable value that a modern GPO provides. In the historical models savings diminish over time, but with a modern GPO like cbdGPO it will constantly look for ways to bring more value by enhancing their agreements and supplier performance sustaining and even boosting savings.
